Our Recruitment Standards

We aim to recruit nurses, carers, and healthcare assistants who are experienced, passionate, and qualified to deliver high-quality care. Our recruitment process focuses on:

  • Completed application and in-person or online interview
  • Verification of NMC PIN, care certifications, or relevant licences
  • Two professional references
  • At least one year of relevant work experience
  • Personal medical declaration and valid DBS certificate

Training & Compliance

All staff complete mandatory training in the following areas to ensure safety and compliance:

  • Safeguarding Adults & Children
  • Infection Control
  • Manual Handling
  • Emergency First Aid
  • Fire Safety

We also offer Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to support your long-term career and registration renewal.

Short-Term Courses

Available to registered staff for upskilling in support roles:

  • Managers and Team Leaders
  • Healthcare & Childcare Support Staff
  • Administrative & Housekeeping Support
  • Catering & Kitchen Assistants

Current Opportunities

Live-in Carers

Provide 24-hour personal and domestic care within the client’s home, helping them stay safe and independent.

Registered General Nurses (RGNs)

Deliver nursing care to individuals in homes or residential settings. Requires NMC PIN and clinical experience.

Support Workers

Help clients in supported living settings to maintain their independence and improve quality of life.
